The Elements Salon & Spa Promise

Elements Salon & Spa is committed to creating an atmosphere of style and serenity in which clients’ every need will be met. We accomplish this goal thanks to our highly trained staff and our dedication to customer service. We appreciate your participation in making the Elements experience a positive one.


We want you to indulge yourself and have a fabulous experience at Elements. To uphold our promise to you, we will:

  • Confirm appointments a few days in advance
  • Provide you with the most educated and professional stylists, therapists, and technicians
  • Allow enough time for every appointment so we are on time for you

In return, we politely ask that you kindly:

  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment
  • Silence your cell phone upon arrival
  • Make alternate arrangements for babies and children prior to your appointment; the spa environment is not safe for them and they may be a disturbance to our other guests receiving services
  • Respect that the treatment room or stylist station must be prepared for the next client
  • Give feedback to your therapist, stylist, or technician, as well as our owner and receptionist. We care to know if your experience was as expected, and if not, what we can do to better meet your needs
  • Bring open-toed shoes to wear home after receiving a pedicure; robes, slippers, and towels are provided for all other services
